Systems built, run, and reported on weekly

Most companies don't have a lead problem. They have a system problem.

Sponto builds the system that generates demand — campaigns, CRM, pipeline, outbound — then runs it with a dedicated team we manage. You get a number every week, not a timesheet.

Three ways to work with us

Most clients start at one and move up.

    We build the system

Campaigns, CRM, pipeline, sequences, routing, reporting. The infrastructure that makes leads arrive and actually get worked.

    Most popular

    We run it

A Sponto team operates the system daily under a Sponto lead, against a weekly number you can see. You don't manage anyone.

    We staff it

Prefer to own the function yourself? We source, vet, and place the people to run it.

We don't sell hours. We own the function and report the number.

    Demand Generation

Paid campaigns, landing pages, lead capture, and the follow-up motion behind them.

    What we report:

    • Leads
    • Cost per lead
    • Conversion rate

9,669 leads across four markets. CPL as low as $0.70.

    Outbound & Appointment Setting

Sourcing, sequencing, calling, booking. Pipeline that doesn't depend on one person staying.

    What we report:

    • Appointments booked
    • Cost per appointment
    • Show rate

7–10 qualified appointments per week, three months running.

    Back-Office Operations

Order processing, AR, data operations, systems coverage.

    What we report:

    • Throughput
    • Turnaround time
    • Backlog

Invoice backlog reduced 65%. 80+ hours a week returned to local staff.

    How a Sponto function runs

No mystery. Here's exactly what happens.

    01

    Week 1–2 · Map & Baseline

We map what exists, find the bottleneck, and set the baseline number. Nothing gets built before we know what we're measuring against.

    02

    Week 3–4 · Build & Staff

We build the system — campaigns, sequences, CRM, routing, reporting — and staff the pod from our network.

    03

    Ongoing · Run

A Sponto lead runs the pod daily. Weekly report with one number on top. Monthly review. If someone leaves, we replace them and you don't notice.

    04

    Our Commitment

A target agreed before we start. Two consecutive months below it, you exit without penalty.

    UK client, South African accountant

A UK property firm needed a qualified accountant and wasn't finding one locally at a workable cost. We sourced, vetted, and placed a remote accountant based in South Africa in under two weeks — sourced entirely through our own network, with no job board spend.

"I no longer worry about recruiting. Sponto owns that process now."

"Sponto gave us a back-office machine we couldn't build locally."

    Frequently Asked Questions

Two ways to work with us. Here's how each one runs.

With staffing, we find and place the person — you manage them, set their targets, and own the outcome. With managed services, we own the function. Sponto builds the system, staffs it, manages the team daily, and reports on a number we agree before we start. You don't manage anyone and you don't get a timesheet.

The system and the people who run it. That means campaign or sequence build, CRM and pipeline setup, routing and reporting infrastructure, the operators themselves, and a Sponto team lead who runs them day to day. Employment, payroll, equipment, and compliance are handled by us through our own entities.

Per function, per month — not per person and not per hour. Pricing depends on the function and the target, and most clients spend less on a complete managed function than on a single in-house hire. Book a systems review and we'll scope it.

A specific one, agreed before we start, based on a baseline we measure in the first two weeks. Demand generation is measured on leads and cost per lead. Outbound is measured on qualified appointments and cost per appointment. Back-office is measured on throughput, turnaround, and backlog. You see it weekly.

Two consecutive months below the agreed number and you can exit without penalty. We'd rather lose the contract than have you stuck in one that isn't working.

Roughly 30 days. Weeks one and two are mapping and baselining — we don't build before we know what we're measuring against. Weeks three and four are system build and staffing the pod. It runs from week five.

An hour a week, access to the relevant tools, and a decision-maker who can answer questions. Beyond that, the point of a managed function is that it doesn't consume your time.

We replace them. Continuity is our problem, not yours — the system, sequences, SOPs, and reporting stay with the function rather than with an individual. In most cases the client doesn't notice a change.

No. Engagements run month to month after an initial 90-day period, which is the minimum honest window to build a system, run it, and judge the result.

That's the most common path. Plenty of clients place one or two people first, then hand the whole function over once they'd rather not manage it.

You tell us the role, the skills, and the budget. We source, screen, and test candidates from our own network, then send you a shortlist of five to ten people who are ready to interview. You interview, you choose, we handle onboarding.

First candidates within 72 hours for most roles. Time to a signed offer depends on how fast you can interview.

We source globally rather than from a single market. A recent example: a UK property firm needed a qualified accountant and wasn't finding one locally at a workable cost — we placed a remote accountant based in South Africa in under two weeks. Where a role needs a specific market, language, or time zone, we go and find it.

Sales and SDRs, account and client success management, customer support, marketing and paid media, operations and executive assistance, bookkeeping and back-office. If a role sits outside that list, ask — our network is broader than what's on the site.

No. All sourcing and screening is handled directly by Sponto through our own network. Nothing is posted to third-party boards, aggregators, or referral platforms.

We replace them free within 90 days.

A fixed monthly rate per role for remote placements, with no commissions or hidden fees. Onsite placements are billed as a percentage of first-year salary.

We do. Sponto holds entities in the US, UK, and Pakistan, and handles employment, payroll, and compliance so you never deal with international payroll or contractor classification.

Yours. Roles are matched to your time zone and coverage requirement, including overnight and weekend coverage where a function needs it.

Every candidate is tested on written and spoken English before reaching your shortlist, and most client-facing roles we place are in daily contact with US and UK customers.

Every Sponto team member works under NDA with defined access controls. Data handling terms and a DPA are available before any engagement begins.

Yes. Interviews are commitment-free — you only sign once you decide to hire.
